Garwyn Oaks Northwest Housing Resource Center was founded in 1999 as a volunteer, grassroots housing program to address community apathy and housing deterioration. Since its incorporation in 2007, GO Northwest) has grown to be a trusted community stakeholder committed to the preservation and growth of Northwest Baltimore and the City at large. GO Northwest’s contribution to advancing homeownership opportunities and neighborhood revitalization in under-served communities has been recognized by several different administrations of city and state government over the past 25 years. Our dedication to our mission has a proven track record and the path forward looks bright.
