NLP envisions neighborhoods with diverse leadership in public and private sectors cooperating with socially responsible citizens to ensure that everyone gets a quality education, a stable career opportunity, a safe and affordable place to call home in a vibrant community for generations to come.​ By demonstrating the power of partnership, the value of diversity, and the impact of giving back, NLP hopes to build a community that has both the desire and the means to pass on a prosperous legacy for generations to come.
