Service Description

This is a long-term program to help potential buyers prepare for homeownership responsibilities and overcome credit and savings deficiencies. There are six required workshops and quarterly one on one financial coaching sessions to be completed during the program. NLP will provide eligible program graduates with closing cost assistance matches while funds are available. There is a $25.00 enrollment fee and initial tri-merged credit pull required to join the club.
